Listener Ministries Representative
Leatherhead, Surrey
This full-time position is for a person focused on building relationships while maintaining high levels of customer-service and administration. The role primarily consists of making a connection between Insight for Living UK and its constituents by listening and responding to enquiries in a caring, Christian manner, while processing orders and requests in a professional way.
It is important to understand and support the mission statement, core values and essential beliefs of Insight for Living UK. The Listener Ministries Representative reports to the Operations Specialist and is part of a staff of five.
Previous administration or receptionist experience with familiarity of data processing is an asset.
